You may return for any reason within 30 days after delivery. Please contact our customer support to request a return within this time period. Do not return before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost. We accept both refund requests and exchanges. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: hazardous materials, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or based purely on a complaint on origin of the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected and accepted your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
